Social skills.

All of them. The initial shame was quickly overcome and in an instant all the ladies were exceeding their expectations.
Which of these art activities should be adopted in adult education as good practice?
All of them. Education through Art allows the acquisition of new social skills that overcome invisible barriers that have been created over the years.
